The promotional theme is one of the oddest and hard to collect themes in existence. In fact, it includes what might be the rarest minifigure of all time: Peter Jackson. These minifigures are typically made special for specific events but also include some "Gift With Purchase" (GWP) minifigures that can't be attached to another theme.
